Returns & Exchanges

Because all Head North products are made to order and distributed by a third party, we only accept returns or replacements for items that are:

Defective
Damaged
Misprinted
Incorrect due to our error

If you receive a product with an issue, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Wrong size ordered
Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Unclaimed shipments

Please review sizing charts and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

Address Errors & Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Failure to claim shipment

The customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Made-To-Order Items

All products are made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

Size exchanges (unless item is defective)
Color or style preference
Custom or personalized items

Hygiene & Safety Items

Some items may not be eligible for return if opened after delivery due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Description of the issue
Photo of the item (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

International & EU Customers

Customers in certain regions may have additional consumer rights. However, made-to-order and personalized products may be exempt from standard return rights where legally permitted.
